- Lead and manage the Aftermarket and Customer Solutions organization in Hub India.
- Develop, drive and support aftermarket and Customer Solutions product portfolio (New and Reman parts, Services and Attachments) business, according to market share, volume, price goals
- Secure customer satisfaction through effective product technical support, Service & parts competence development and Parts availability initiatives.
- Provide necessary market input (e.g. market dynamics, sales- and support performance, product quality information) to Global Customer Solutions team and other global functions
- Member of Volvo CE India and Region APAC Aftermarket and Customer Solutions Management team
