- Travel to client locations and troubleshoot.
- Greeting and attending customers.
- Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
- Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems.
- Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup.
- Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
- Develop Service Technical documentation.
- Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
- Must have inclination towards Technologies.
- Willing to travel across Bangalore.
- Must have a two wheeler or willing to buy one after some time.
- willing to work on weekends and holidays(if required).
- Knowledge on computer hardware & software is added advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight.
