Job Description:
  • We are looking for officer technical support voice process
  • 6 months to 1year of experience in voice troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
  • Graduation is a must and preferred 

Desired Profile:
  • To Probe and Log Correct Jobs for the Stores 
  • Handle Inbound Calls within the KPIs
  • Manage the job with High Quality
  • Provide telephonic support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on property(stores)/equipment related issues
  • Interact with the contractors to have timely responses
  • Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team
  • Would be a 8 hrs. calling environment with voice support provided based on business needs
  • Excel and Basic Trouble Shooting Skills
  • Strong communication skills is must
