Job description
  • The Regional Field Sales Manager will be responsible for the supervision of a team of typically 5-8 employees in their assigned territory including the area retail managers.The senior role is responsible for overall channel distribution business (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV & Apple Accessories) for the assigned states/ region. The role is created to manage and develop Apple business according to the business plan.

Key Qualifications
  • The successful candidate should have 6-10 years experience in sales & operations with high-end consumer retail / luxury consumer brands.
  • This position requires the individual to be high on energy, posses’ strong analytic skills & excellent communication skills.
  • The successful candidate must have hands on approach in order to scale the business by giving direction, providing support and making effective business decisions on an ongoing basis.

  • Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the store teams.
  • Ensure all programs are communicated and executed on floor.
  • Create DSR, analyse and report business results and trends on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in forecasting exercise with the Store Manager across LOB on a monthly basis.
  • Build urgency on floor and drive sales to ensure POS level profitability.
  • Ensure Apple Merchandising guidelines are adhered to showroom condition & product display.
  • Align self with training requirements and ensure that all store staff have attended trainings to maintain staff quality as per Apple standards.
  • Share market intelligence and market dynamics in order to help strategies at local level.
  • Build relationships with distributor field teams.
  • Must manage the retailer assisted sale and promoter program, which is responsible for training store staff on ongoing basis.

  • Store profitability at POS level
  • Retail ST units
  • Merchandising Audit & Mystery shop results
  • Execution of programs
