1. Customer Service Representative 30 positions:

Job Description:
  • Receive Inbound calls and reply to Emails received at Helpdesk
  • Maintain SLA (receive call within 5 secs, Service Quality >85%, Fatal < 2%)
  • Make outbound calls whenever required
  • Co-ordinate with other departments in getting resolution for customer requests/complaints


2. Quality Auditor 3 positions 

Job Description:
  • Achieve daily audit targets for Inbound and Email associate
  • Provide feedback to the associates for fatal calls
  • Conduct Training on regular basis on important findings of audit
  • Prepare monthly Audit Report
  • Prepare and circulate TNIs (Training Need Identification) based on audit findings to all stakeholders and track the performance of the Refreshers
  • Prepare PKT (Product Knowledge Test) Question Papers
  • Review Audit Parameters from time-to-time and monitor relevance of each


3. Customer Feedback Desk - 2 positions 

Job Description:  
  • Provide survey design, questionnaire modifications
  • Identify sampling strategy 
  • Perform customer satisfaction surveys on different areas
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Addressing / Assist in Customer Queries as may arise during / post the survey.
  • Prepare basic & advanced analytic reports
  • Sending daily and monthly Survey Report
  • Work with other functional teams to share and implement the identified solutions
  • Coordinate across multiple operations/teams to add reporting insight and support reporting needs
