  • Walkin interview for Technical Support Executive(Apple Products) - Gwalior Location
  •  Position : Technical Support Executive - Gwalior
  • Qualification : Diploma / Any Degree with Computer Knowledge
  • Experience : 0 - 1 Year
  • Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and attending customer's at service lounge.
  • Ensure to provide flawless, up scale, professional and high class customer experience at service lounge.
  • Responding and anticipate to customer's needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
  • Handling customer quires/ issues related to product.
  • Resolve issues in respect with any customer escalation on priority.
  • Setting up computer security measures.
  • Installing hardware and software systems.
  • Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
  • Test functionality and assess problems by operating computer systems or related.
  • Preparing cost estimated for new installations.
