Knowledge of browser compatibility issues.
Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.
Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.
Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise.
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
