Job Description 

  • Monitoring of tickets and taking the actions necessary to meet service targets
  • Central Communication point for Major Incidents. Willing to work in 24/7 shift.
  • Respond to user escalations and engage functional escalation and service delivery management as required
  • Responsible for escalating Incidents and User Service Requests within their organization to drive resolution
  • Manage major incident bridge as needed
  • Participate in incident management meetings with customer and internal teams
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Provide incident report to problem management
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Good team member
  • Should be a self-starter 
  • Independently resolve tickets within SLA
  • Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions
  • Follow the escalation process
  • Follow the shift hand-over process
  • Update worklogs
  • Categorizes as per CTI as appropriate
  • Update the knowledge base
  • Coaching freshers to be independent
  • Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information
  • Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
  • Adhere to organization policies and procedures
  • Complies to regulatory requirements
  • Alert Monitoring
  • Ticket Monitoring
  • Informing On - call support
