2. Central Communication point for Major Incidents. Willing to work in 24/7 shift.
3. Respond to user escalations and engage functional escalation and service delivery management as required.
4. Responsible for escalating Incidents and User Service Requests within their organization to drive resolution.
5. Manage major incident bridge as needed.
6. Participate in incident management meetings with customer and internal teams.
7. Identify and drive process improvements.
8. Provide incident report to problem management.
9. Good communication skills (written & verbal).
10. Good understanding of ITIL processes.
11. Good team member.
12. Should be a self-starter (1.) lndependently resolve tickets within SLA
